EXPRESSING YOUR POINT OF YOU Workshop W/David Razowsky

Friday, September 30, 2016
7:00 - 10:00 pm MST

David Razowsky is one of the top teachers of theatrical improvisation and acting, and the host of the podcast ADD Comedy with Dave Razowsky. In his own words from www.DavidRazowsky.com:

“From my 10 revues at Chicago’s Second City performing with the likes of Steve Carell, Stephen Colbert, Amy Sedaris, and Rachel Dratch, to the 10 years I spent as Artistic Director of The Second City Los Angeles, to the countless worldwide workshops and performances I’ve engaged in, I’ve developed a simple approach to improvising: Your present awareness is the only thing you need to create compelling, smart, truthful, and surprising scenes. Period. No games, no preconceived premises, no ideas, no ego. All that matters is now. The actor’s level of improvisation experience doesn’t matter, for all you need to bring to my workshop is your present presence. All you’ll leave with is your joy and excitement and confidence. And after all, what more do you need?”

PRICE – Individual Workshop $60

Friday, September 30 – 7pm

*WORKSHOP WILL BE HELD AT RESIDENCE INN WILLIAMS CENTRE 5400 E Williams Circle, Tucson, AZ 85711*

Expressing Your Point of You — Most scenes go off track because we’re not aware of our character’s point-of-view, what their intentions are. This workshop, hailed as “Vital…an eye-opener…,” exposes you to what your feeling, what your focus is, and what you get to give attention to. This is a great workshop!

Maximum number of students for the workshop is 16. Students must be 18 years or older. TUITION IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

Unscrewed Theater is located at 3244 E. Speedway Blvd. Tucson, AZ 85716 (across from The Loft Cinema, next to Fronimo’s). Parking and entrance are located in the rear of the building. Turn in to the Walgreen’s parking lot and go to the left around the building.

Workshop sales close September 30 at Noon.
