Improv 201 – Intermediate Improv
Now that you’ve learned the core fundamentals of Improv, it’s time to explore and expand the basics. We dive into character, scene, and relationship work by “heightening,” making bold choices, and learning not to go for the funny. Story telling and genre work are added to your Improv arsenal.
8 Week Course – Classes meet once a week
Tuition: $150 (Includes FREE Unscrewed Theater T-shirt)
TUITION IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Unless sold out, Online sales close March 7th at 5pm.
Maximum number of students for this class is 12. Students must be 18 years of age or older.
Day/Time: Tuesdays, 7:00pm – 9:30pm Starting March 7, 2017
Prerequisite: Completion of Improv 101
Instructor – Rob Sparks
Rob Sparks has been studying, performing and teaching improv for over twenty years starting at Grinnell College in the 80’s.
He’s a main stage player at Unscrewed Theater and has performed in well over 300 shows over the years. He’s studied with many nationally known improv teachers and brings a wealth of knowledge and love for the craft to his classes!
Unscrewed Theater is located at 3244 E. Speedway Blvd. Tucson, AZ 85716 (across from The Loft Cinema, next to Fronimo’s). Parking and entrance are located in the rear of the building. Turn in to the Walgreen’s parking lot and go to the left around the building.
