BRAND NEW IMPROVBLOX CLASS!
Our ImprovBlox are 8-week courses on advanced improv topics. This session will spend 4 weeks on Musical Improv and 4 weeks on Genre Improv.
Musical Improv
Learn the building blocks of making up songs on the spot, from melody, harmony, and rhythm to emotion, rhyming, and choreography. No previous singing experience required. Apply your new song-prov skills through learning to improvise a musical.
Genre Improv
Explore the tropes and hallmarks of improvising within a genre. Find the essence of what identifies a specific genre and learn to build characters, relationships, and scenes that work within that genre.
8 Week Course – Classes meet once a week.
Tuition: $229 (Includes Unscrewed Theater T-shirt).
TUITION IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
Maximum number of students for this class is 12. Students must be 18 years of age or older.
Day/Time: Tuesdays, 7:00pm – 9:30pm. Starting August 13, 2019
Prerequisite: Improv Basics (formerly Improv 101)
