Our mission is to enhance access to and awareness of research-driven exercise that improves quality of life for people with Parkinson disease.

We realize our vision to increase access to exercise as medicine by

• providing access to rehabilitation and wellness services to people with Parkinson disease and their care partners at the PWR!Gym®, a Community Exercise and Wellness Center of Excellence in Tucson, Arizona, and virtually at www.exerciseforbrainchange.org
• training healthcare professionals (physical, occupational, and exercise therapists) to be Parkinson disease specialists who incorporate our PWR!Moves framework in rehabilitation and fitness settings around the world.
• partnering with local and global organizations that support people with Parkinson disease to provide community exercise, enrichment, education, and empowerment events.
